Do I Need to Track My Food?
Tracking your food is not mandatory and in some cases, not recommended. If you're meal prepping and following your meal plan as outlined, and tracking feels like it adds stress or anxiety to your day, we recommend skipping it. The goal is to keep your plan sustainable and enjoyable. However, if you and your coach decide that tracking is the best approach for your progress, there are two easy ways to track your meals:
Track Directly in Your Coaching App
You can log your meals, calories, and macros right in the 3M Coaching App. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started: Track Your Meals
Track Using MyFitnessPal - Client Favorite Option
Another option is using MyFitnessPal, which is what we recommend due to ease of use, as most are familiar with the app already. Once you connect MyFitnessPal to your coaching app (as explained in the article) HERE, your coach will be able to view your food diary in real-time to provide feedback.Remember, the goal is to find what works best for you while staying aligned with your goals. If you're unsure about tracking, talk to your coach to figure out the best path forward!
