When you look at your meal plan, you’ll notice that some of the snacks are marked as optional. While the calories and macros for your plan are calculated to include these snacks, they’re designed to offer you flexibility depending on your appetite and daily needs.

Our meal plans are built around whole, nutrient-dense foods, which tend to be more filling. Many clients who start coaching may not be accustomed to eating this much volume or following a performance-focused meal plan. That’s why we include optional snacks—to give you the choice to skip them if you’re too full or enjoy them if you’re feeling hungry or need a snack that day. This flexibility allows you to adjust your intake while staying aligned with your goals.
