
Which Trackers Does the App Connect To?

While having a fitness tracker is not mandatory or required for 3M Coaching, connecting one to the app can provide some great benefits. If you already use a tracker, we recommend linking it to the app so your coaching team can see additional data like your step count, sleep quality, calories burned, and more. This extra information helps us get a fuller picture of your progress and allows us to fine-tune your plan even more effectively.
The fitness trackers that the app currently connects to include:
Fitbit
Garmin
Apple Watch
If you have one of these devices, connecting it to the app is simple and adds valuable insights for your coaching team. However, even without a tracker, your weekly check-ins, photos, and weight updates provide everything we need to guide you toward your goals. A tracker is just a helpful tool—not a necessity!
