The check-in process is a crucial part of the 3M Program, helping your coach track your progress, make adjustments as needed, and keep you motivated. Check-ins are mandatory to ensure you’re staying on track and making progress. Accountability is one of the most important factors in achieving your transformation goals.

Check-In Reminder
Every Friday, you’ll receive an automatic message through the app reminding you to check in. This message includes the link to the 3M Check-In Short Form. You can complete the form on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, depending on your schedule.

Steps to Check-In:

  1. Fill Out the Check-In Form:

Use the link in your Friday message to complete the form. It’s short and helps your coach understand how your week went. Be honest, even if it wasn’t your best week—this information is vital for your progress.

  2. Weigh-In and Take Progress Photos:

In your calendar, you’ll find a scheduled weigh-in and check-in for either Saturday or Sunday morning.

    • When to Weigh-In: First thing in the morning on Saturday or Sunday on an empty stomach.

    • Progress Photos: Take your photos at the same time as your weigh-in for consistency.

Accountability Matters
The check-in is not just about numbers—it’s about accountability. It’s your opportunity to stay aligned with your goals and keep the momentum going. If you know you’re going to miss a check-in, make sure to discuss it with your coach in advance so they can adjust accordingly.

Why It’s Important
Check-ins allow your coach to:

  • Understand your week—what went well and what needs improvement.

  • Make progress-driven decisions for your workouts, meal plan, or macros.

  • Keep you motivated and accountable for your goals.

Consistency is key to transformation. Stick to your check-ins, and together with your coach, you’ll achieve the results you’re aiming for!
