
How Can I Request a Meal Plan Change?
If you need a meal plan update, there are two simple ways to request it:
During Your Check-In
Use the check-in form to let your coach know you’d like a change. There’s a section where you can mention any updates or adjustments you’d like to see in your plan.
Reach Out Directly
You can also contact your coach, the team, or your performance coaches at any time to request a change. If you have specific ideas—like ingredient swaps or adding more variety—be sure to include those details.
Important Note: Your coach monitors your progress and may update your calories, macros, or meal plan if adjustments are needed. However, if your current macros and calories are working well for you, your coach will keep them the same to maintain consistency. In either case, you’ll be notified of any changes.
