How to Save a Workout as a PDF

If you prefer not to use the mobile app or want a printable version of your workouts for personal use, you can save any workout as a PDF! This lets you keep workouts on file for offline access or print them out for the gym.

Follow these steps to save a workout as a PDF from the 3M Coaching App:

  1. Log in to the 3M Coaching App web account
    Log in on your desktop or laptop and go to the Master Workout Library.

  2. Select the workout you want to save

You can either:

  • Click the workout name to open it, or

  • Select it from the list without opening it fully.

  1. Select the Print icon

  • If you selected the workout from the list view, click the Print icon from the workout menu.

  • If you opened the workout, click Print in the top-right corner.

  1. Choose print settings

A new window will appear with print settings. Select the desired layout and format for your workout.

  1. Save as a PDF

    Instead of choosing a physical printer, select Save as PDF. Depending on your browser, it may also appear as:

    • Microsoft Print to PDF

    • Export as PDF

  1. Click Save

Choose the location on your computer to save the PDF — and you’re done!

This keeps a clean, printable version of your workout for easy reference anytime.
