Meal plan updates are designed to support your progress and adjust to your needs, and they can be initiated by either you or your coach. Here’s how it works:

Coach-Initiated Updates
Your coach closely monitors your progress through your weekly check-ins and may adjust your macros and calories based on the following:

  • How You Feel: If your feedback shows you’re feeling too hungry, too tired, or too full, your coach may tweak your plan to better suit your energy needs.

  • Plateauing Progress: If your progress photos or check-ins indicate a plateau, your coach may adjust your plan to get you back on track.

  • Weight Loss Milestones: If you’ve lost enough weight that your macros need recalculating, your coach will make the necessary updates and let you know.

Client-Initiated Updates
If you want to request a change, you can:

  1. Request an update through your check-in form during your weekly check in

  2. Reach out directly to your coach or the coaching team to discuss potential changes.

What Happens If Macros and Calories Stay the Same But You Requested Changes?
If your coach determines that your current macros and calories are effective, they’ll keep them consistent. In this case, you can recieve

  • A new meal plan with fresh options that fit your existing macros.

  • Additional dinner or meal ideas to add variety without changing your macros.

Staying consistent with your check-ins and providing honest feedback helps your coach  and your coaching team to ensure your plan remains aligned with your goals. Whether it’s small tweaks or major changes, the process is designed to keep you progressing!
