The short answer is no. For this program, your Master Coach and coaching team will be able to accurately gauge your progress using your weekly check-in photos and weight. These tools are more than sufficient to track changes in your body composition and help you reach your goals.

That said, if you’re curious and want to get a scan, you absolutely can—it’s entirely up to you! We’re not saying you shouldn’t, but it’s not necessary for this program. The key takeaway here is that at-home scales or gym devices are not accurate, so don’t rely on them to assess progress.
