Do I Need to Add Measurements When Checking In?

When completing your weekly check-in, adding measurements like waist, arms, body fat percentage, and other body parts is completely optional. If you feel comfortable tracking these, it can be a great way to see progress beyond just weight and pictures. However, it is not mandatory to include them in your check-in.
What is Mandatory?
Weigh-ins and progress pictures are required for your weekly check-in.
In some cases, weight may not be mandatory every week—especially if you are in a full-body recomposition phase. If that applies to you, check with your coach to confirm how often you should weigh in.
Tracking Body Fat Percentage and Measurements
The app also allows you to log and track body fat percentage along with other measurements. However, keep in mind that most at-home measurement methods and body fat scales are not highly accurate. While they can provide a general trend, don’t rely on them for precise body composition changes.
If you enjoy tracking extra details, feel free to add measurements, but the key factors for your weekly check-in remain your weight (when required) and progress photos!
